(1) Brief  introduce  

BP series stripping machine is a new type high efficiency. It designed and manufactured by ours under advance technology from Germany and United state America and combined the sanding machine and tower grinding machine in Chinese homework. The machine got the Chinese bigness science and technology production award in eighth five-year plan in 1996. and got second award of Chinese science and technology advancement. And win the Chinese patent( patent No. ZL98226147.0)

BP series stripping Machine is as double-grade super-fined processing equipment in wet state, it used abroad for non-ferrous mineral, chemical and papermaking industry, specially used for soft Kaolin, coal Kaolin, porcelain stone, calcium carbonate and other need super-fined materials. The fineness  of the products can be reach 2 um. The products can used for papermaking, paint, china, refined china, toiletry and rubber filling etc.

1         BP series stripping Machine absorb the excellency of grinding, scrubbing, sand-grinding, tower-grinding equipment, it have high efficiency, lower power, low noise, big treatment capacity, convenience for operating and maintains, less occupy area.

2         the transmission of BP300BP500 Delaminating Machine is adopted SPC narrow V belt with new type, high efficiency and low power. So it have strong bearing capacity, long life, structure compact

3         the inner cylinder of the Delaminating Machine can be stainless steel or liner alumina or polyurethane, so that satisfy with deference requirement  

(3) machines construct and working principle

Delaminating Machine is consists of transmission, delaminater, Delaminating canister, body, electricity system and feeding system. The materials be sent to the inner cylinder of the Delaminating Machine through feeding pump, the transmitting machinery drive Delaminating Machine  running in high speed, it delaminate the materials and grind it fine. The finish products (mud) flow through outlet gob

1         Driving device is consists of main motor, strap wheel, bearing, drive shaft and upper coupling

2         Delaminating Machine is consists of lower coupling delaminating shaft, liner,delaminating dish

3         Delaminating cylinder is consists of cylinder, feeding gob, sand components, sand net, outlet hopper

4         Machine body is consists of upper section and lower section of machines body

5         Feeding system is consists of pumps motor, belt, feeding pump, high pressure transfusion plant.

6         Cooling pipe is consists of input and output water pipe

(5)  Installation

The installation room should be fixed, the base must be tightness. Installation place should suitable for convenient to connecting electric wire, water pipe, easy to operate and maintains, airiness and other technological condition, the ground of base should be same level with the workshop.

(6) Using and maintains

1         Operating order: firstly open the pump and operate speed-adjust Knob, the feeding system begin to feeding materials. After the mud flowing out from outlet gob, main machine can be started. When stop the machine, the knob of speed-adjusting should be to lowest position, the pump can be stopped

2         maintains:

2.1   When starting if the feeding pump can not send out the materials, it should be added some water into the guiding hopper

2.2   when the machine stopped long time, should turn the belt wheel by hand before starting machine

2.3   the main shaft bearing should be cleaned one year and wipe the lubrication fat, and washing clear the waste materials in the bearing seat
